About Us
Local Property Management You Can Count On
Third Coast Property Management was founded in 2022 by owner Dan Saunders who wanted to use his extensive experience in vacation rental management to meet the property maintenance needs of Harbor Country. Our sister company, Third Coast Vacations, handles vacation rentals and maintenance for roughly 30 homes, and the two companies dove tail together to meet the needs of the owners and associations we serve.
Our Story
Owner Dan Saunders and his wife were married here in Harbor Country and fell in love with the area. They soon moved here to have the ability to see Chicago from the shoreline but enjoy a slower pace of life. Dan started slowly in the vacation rental business but eventually converted his passion for the area into a thriving business.
After 18 years in the vacation rental business, Dan decided to branch off and start a sister company where he and his team could offer the same excellent homeowner service to the HOAs and Associations in the area - thus Third Coast Property Management was born.
